Biography


Killis T. Howard, “Killis”, is a Lynchburg native, having been born and educated here, including Perrymont Elementary School and E.C. Glass High School. Killis graduated from Virginia Tech with a B.S. in Economics and a minor in math. After graduating, Killis attended and graduated from Washington and Lee Law School in Lexington, Virginia.

In 1981, Killis co-authored an article in the Washington and Lee Law Review, “Injuries to Business under the Virginia Conspiracy Statute: A Sleeping Giant”, Spring, 1981.

Since 1980, Killis has been employed by Killis T. Howard, P. C., located at 712 Court Street in Lynchburg. His law practice involves trial and courtroom law as well as an office practice, concerning wills, estate planning and elder law.
